PROJECT OVERVIEW

The development consists of the construction of a new hotel including 88 studio suites and 40 one bedroom suites and common areas. Situated on Melbourne Street the development comprises of a ground and five upper floors, each room is an integrated living space including cooking and working areas. All rooms were fully fitted out and designed with the constrained site restrictions in mind.
