PROJECT OVERVIEW

Hannan Associates are working on a 18,966 sq ft industrial unit at Rhodes Business Park in Middleton.

The unit includes office space and is being constructed on a secured perimeter with external car parking.

As a part of our role we are providing:

o Building Services Engineering

o Utilities Infrastructure

o BREEAM Assessment – targeting ‘Very Good’
