Hannan Associates was founded in 1983 by Bill Hannan as an engineering consultancy to provide Building Services Engineering Design solutions to the construction industry.

Energy reduction & sustainability has always featured at the core of our design processes and we have a big part to play in helping our clients & the built environment achieve Net Zero Carbon and other green objectives. We are at the forefront of change in relation to how buildings are modelled to meet the demands of evolving Building Regulations and guidance from professional bodies such as UKGBC and LETI.

The development of our company has been aided by a strong, long-standing team through which we maintain lasting relationships with our clients. We recognise that we would not be here without the continued loyalty and hard work of all our team, and we feel proud that so many of our engineers have worked here together over such a long period of time, some for over 25 years.

It is important to us as engineers that we use our experience, knowledge, and skills effectively, to help clients create successful buildings that will stand the test of time and be enjoyed by many.
